Cash deposits may be required for some charters.

All billings are from when our vehicle leaves our lot, until it returns. (This is industry standard and is sometimes called "terminal to terminal" billing.)

All internet bookings are not confirmed until the customer receives a specific confirmation by fax or email.

Office hours are M-F, 8am-6pm, but we can often be reached to help you after hours or on the weekends through our sister company, Yellow Cab.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice for all service requests.
